ICT in Education: e-Primers for the Information Economy, Society and Polity
The e-primer, intended to help policyimakers define a framework for the appropriate and effective use of ICTis in educational systems, asserts that effective integration of ICTs into the educational system is a complex and multi-faceted process that involves not just technology, but also curriculum, pedagogy, institutional readiness, teacher competencies, and long-term financing.
