JCA-NET
JCA-NET provides a place for free exchange of information between people along with the collection, accumulation, and provision of information on people's movements and activity relating to various social issues such as ecology, human rightsi, peace, education, development, women, labour and so on. Originating from the activity of JCA(Japan Computer Access), JCA-NET began its activity in April, 1997. It aims to establish an electronic network outside of national borders and organisational differences.
