Open Forum of Cambodia

The Open Forum of Cambodia is a Cambodian NGO established in early 1995 with the aim of providing opportunities and resources for Cambodian citizens to develop new skills and insights into policyⁱ questions. This is in order to provide timely and structured contributions to decision-making in social, political, cultural and economic spheres of life in Cambodia. Its aims are: Improve technical understanding of issues relevant to development and policy in Cambodia; Facilitate distribution of information among persons with related concerns; Promote debate about options for handling development and policy issues; Improved private electronic mail communication within Cambodia. Open Forum of Cambodia is a member of APC.
