This document presents a list of indicators proposed to be used for monitoring and evaluation of the development of ICTs in Albania. It accompanies the National ICT Strategy.
The indicators presented here are based on the following:
Goals and priorities of the national ICT strategy, structure of the National ICT Strategy
Indicators of the benchmarking process used by the European Union in e-Europe and e-Europe+ Programmes
Existing indicators used in on-going or completed surveys
Technology Achievement Index
It is mentioned that "data should be disaggregated by gender"
