Carl is a digital security specialist from Brazil, she works for Marialab, a feminist organization that supports human rights defenders. They recently launched a feminist helpline called Maria D’ajuda and are establishing a threat lab to explore digital forensics as part of Internews’ monitored scaled project. She is also a Digital Protection Facilitator at Digital Defenders Partnership.
