Victoria Fletcher
Victoria Fletcher has lived full time in Khujand, Tajikistan since 2018 and worked in Tajikistan since 2011. For the last 5 years, Victoria has worked as Programmes Manager for Women’s Center “Gulrukhsor”, the largest provider of free of charges services to women victims of violence. Victoria has been instrumental in determining the strategic direction of Women’s Center “Gulrukhsor”, emphasising reaching the most vulnerable women in society, helping women to recover from trauma, and advocating for the role that grass-roots, civil society organisations play in the fight to prevent violence against women.
