Nodumo is passionate about developing IT / ICT Programs that harness the opportunities for the end users. She has experience in strategic leadership, management and administration. She has designed and implemented management information systems, supervised and mentored technical and non-technical teams and monitored the implementation of research projects and other projects related to IT / ICT innovations in finance, railway transport, education and agriculture. Nodumo is currently the Director of IT / ICT Services, Corporate Communications and Knowledge Management at the Association of African Universities, based in Accra, Ghana.

Equity in digital access in Africa is far from being a reality. There is also paucity of women in technology related careers and more broadly in STEM.
